Breitling Unveils New Knightsbridge Boutique with Glitzy VIP Party

Luxury Swiss watchmaker Breitling has broken new ground in London with the opening of its eighth site in the British capital, which it marked with a glittering party.

There’s a new destination for London’s watch lovers to explore. The new Breitling boutique is a 106.3 sq/m, two-storey space situated in the Knightsbridge Estate, a 3.5-acre site located between the world-famous department stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols, and which is fast becoming one of London’s buzziest shopping destinations. 

The new two-storey showroom features the watchmaker’s full collections, which visitors are invited to explore alongside a fully stocked bar and pool table. The models on display range from limited editions to the latest must-have timepieces for both men and women, and includes the vibrant new Superocean rainbow dial models. Also on display is the Triumph X Breitling limited-edition motorbike. 

‘We are now thrilled to have opened a new two story boutique in one of London’s most esteemed shopping destinations,’ said Gavin Murphy, Breitling’s Managing Director. ‘This will be our 29th boutique and cements our presence within central London. Knightsbridge is a strategic location for the brand with a high concentration of affluent local and international clients where we will be able to fully showcase the spectrum of what Breitling stands for today.’

The slick, industrial-inspired space was launched with a VIP summer soirée to kick things off, with the likes of actors Michael Ward and Luke Evans, Ronan and Storm Keating, models Erin O’Connor and Jodie Kidd, and industry faces such as Lady Emma Weymouth, Lady Amelia Windsor and Lady Amelia Spencer, all in attendance.

The opening party of the Knightsbridge boutique also marked the 140th anniversary of the brand, with guests invited to explore Breitling’s latest collections, including limited-edition pieces from the Breitling Chronomat and Superocean Rainbow ranges.
