With the UK hosting COP26 this November, dubbed the most important COP since Paris 2015, Country & Town House has launched a special one-off edition of Great British Brands, the annual bible of excellence. Great British Brands ZERO (GBB ZERO) is a call to arms for companies to join the all-important Race To Zero, the global campaign to rally business leadership for a healthy, resilient, zero carbon recovery that prevents future threats, creates job opportunities, and unlocks inclusive, sustainable growth.
Inside, we talked to 26 luxury leaders about how they are changing their businesses and brands to help fight climate change and save our planet. The brands, including Bentley, Burberry, Harrods, Mulberry and Selfridges, were chosen in collaboration with Walpole, the official sector body for UK Luxury. The CEOs, all at different stages of the journey, talk about the challenges they have overcome and continue to face. By gathering their stories in one edition, GBB ZERO hopes to inspire other brands in the luxury sector and beyond, to commit to net zero.
