Free Daily Workshops At London Design Festival 2024

For LDF24 (14-22 September, londondesignfestival.com), Andu Masebo and Mikey Krzyzanowski are launching ‘Making Room’ – a gathering space in the Brompton Design District which will act as both reading room and venue for a programme of free daily workshops. The workshops aim to encourage people to engage with the world around them through design and experiment – the opening workshop will construct the same furniture the venue will use for the duration of its eight-day run. A series of global practitioners, including Gio Stu and Zaineb Abelque, will lead further workshops on anything from floral arranging to making paperweights that do more than provide weight. bromptondesigndistrict.com

A New Lamp Making Course To Try

Harrods x Cole & Son Launch An Exclusive Wallpaper Collection

To celebrate Harrods hitting a big 175 years of vending luxury goods, Cole & Son have created ‘Couture Carousel’. The collection of wallpapers (and cushions) pay homage to Harrods’ fashion heritage.
