Looking for an opportunity to reset and refresh after summer? We’ve teamed up with The Tempus, Northumberland, to offer you the chance to win a two-night stay for you and a guest as part of their Rural Recharge Retreat powered by Lululemon.
The Tempus, nestled in the heart of the 700-acre Charlton Hall Estate, is launching a female focused rural retreat powered by yoga and activewear brand Lululemon and co-hosted by Hesus Kidd, founder of acclaimed fitness centre Real Collective. The retreat is set over three days, from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 September.
Throughout the weekend, guests will have the opportunity to take part in a number of fitness-based activities including a spinning x HIIT class, a guided run, and paddle boarding on the lake, as well as a guided meditation session to tap into a slower, more holistic practice. Yoga and pilates classes will be powered by the Lululemon team, with a representative of the brand hosting the classes to support improving strength, coordination and mobility.
Alongside smoothies and fresh juices available throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy healthy alternatives for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all created by Head Chef Alistair Weightman. Using locally sourced produce, each dish will be nutritious in value and boast the flavours of the surrounding areas, with highlights including cajun hot smoked salmon flatbreads, homemade hummus with crudites and quinoa and butternut squash salad.
The lucky winner of this fabulous prize will enjoy a two-night stay for two people in one of The Tempus’ boutique bedrooms, designed by acclaimed Edinburgh based interior designer, Jeffrey Interiors. The prize also includes an arranged chauffeur for collection and drop off from Alnmouth station.
Competition closes on 1 September 2024.
