This Mayfair hotel is marking the show's return with a Thai tea
Block out your Monday nights for the next few weeks: The White Lotus is back on our screens for its hotly anticipated third season. And while you’ll have to wait for new episodes to drop weekly, you can also get your fix at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, which is introducing a new afternoon tea experience inspired by the hit show.
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane To Launch White Lotus-Themed Tea
Served in the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Pavyllon London, the new offering will be inspired by the setting of the new series, Thailand. The London hotel is the perfect place for it, seeing as the show was filmed at its Thai sibling, Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.
Guests will enjoy an Asian twist on the classic British tradition, beginning with savoury nibbles like chicken dumplings with langoustine extraction, crispy crab and green papaya tartlet (topped with lotus cream, naturally), and duck spring rolls with Thai basil.
Sweet treats, meanwhile, will embody the mystery and allure that defies The White Lotus: think black sesame and hazelnut teacake, honey cheesecake with fresh pomelo salad, and slow-roasted pineapple and pandan brioche cake. There will also be a bespoke lotus-inspired tea stand, aesthetic themed menus, and background music with nods to the show’s signature soundtrack.
Four Seasons Hotel at London Park Lane is one of the group’s older openings, having launched back in 1970. Pavyllon, though, is a recent opening, helmed by French superchef Yannick Alléno and renowned for its meticulously crafted, innovative fare and beautiful interiors.

Both season one and season two of The White Lotus were also filmed at Four Seasons hotels: the first at Maui in Hawaii, and the second in Taormina in Sicily, Italy.
Season three features names like Aimee Lou Wood, Leslie Bibb, Jason Isaacs, Carrie Coon and Parker Posey – plus season one favorite Natasha Rothwell. According to the show’s director and creator Mike White, this season will be ‘a satirical and funny look at death and Eastern religion and spirituality.’ The first episode will air tonight at 9pm on Sky Atlantic, and it will also be available to stream on NOW.
