Koto at The Point is a collaborative project between The Point and Koto Designs. It offers a unique opportunity to own architect-designed holiday cabins that harmoniously blend luxury and sustainability, embodying the essence of a relaxed escape. The Point is only a 15-minute walk from Polzeath Beach, a favourite surf spot, where you can join the southwest coastal footpath.
