LEVEN Manchester is one of Manchester’s coolest design hotels, housed in a landmark early 20th century warehouse on the corner of Chorlton Street and Canal Street. Bedrooms are a masterclass in industrial chic whilst also feeling homely and welcoming thanks to freestanding deep bathtubs, personally curated artwork, fully kitted out kitchens and oodles of space. Every room is different, drawing on the rich history of the building, though all rooms have oak parquet or timber plank floors and bespoke furniture.

The building’s red brick walls and crittall windows hold a rich history dating back to Manchester’s industrial past, including former uses first as a cotton warehouse, and more recently a brewery and comedy club.

Where Chorlton Street meets Canal Street, MAYA spans three beautifully designed levels and stands as one of Manchester’s most exciting drinking and dining destinations. Offering its own unique atmosphere, the bright and airy ground-floor Bar is the perfect spot for cocktails, while the elegant Main Dining Room below is home to a hyper-seasonal, ingredient-led menu crafted with the freshest locally sourced produce. The kitchen is led by Georgie Hewitt, whose passion for locally sourced, seasonal produce drives MAYA’s ever-evolving menus and creative direction.
