The lucky reader will win an overnight stay including dinner at Lympstone Manor – chef Michael Caine’s elegant gastronomic hotel on the banks of the Exe estuary in Devon. Set within 28 acres, the Georgian manor boasts 21 individually designed bedrooms and suites, six woodland Shepherd Huts, a heated outdoor pool and Pool House Restaurant for casual dining and a Michelin-starred restaurant by Michael Caines.

The winner will also receive a bottle of Caine’s newly launched Classic Cuvée. Five years after Michael planted 17,500 vines in 2018, the long-anticipated launch marks the first sparkling wine produced from the hotel’s own vineyard, which sits alongside a Rosé Wine, named ‘Isabeau’ after Michael’s daughter and the vineyard’s award-winning 2020 Triassic Pinot Noir, which launched in 2022. 

After achieving two Michelin stars and holding them for 20 consecutive years, Caines has built his reputation on a visionary style of cuisine that celebrates the seasonal bounty of Devon and the southwest. Lympstone Manor is Michael Caines’ flagship hotel and forms part of the Michael Caines Collection, alongside the Cove, a beachside restaurant and bar at Maenporth, and Mickeys Beach Bar & Restaurant in Exmouth.
