West London Shooting School (WLSS) has been offering expert tuition and gun-fitting for over a century, in beautiful surroundings, 12 miles from Marble Arch. With over a hundred traps and stands in superbly laid out grounds, the school teaches every possible variation of game shooting to all standards of shots, from beginners to experts. Their distinctive style of shooting and tuition owes much to the great Percy Stanbury, arguably one of the finest shots who ever lived and who taught at the school for more than 20 years.
Twice voted best shooting ground in the country, WLSS prides itself in offering tailored tuition to match individual ability to help develop your own style. They champion accessibility within the sport and run courses aimed at encouraging newcomers, ladies and young shots into shooting. They run a selection of fantastically tailored courses, including The Young Shots Course, created for youngsters with little or no experience or with basic skills who want to improve and The Ladies Course, providing tuition specifically tailored for ladies with busy lifestyles.

In addition to clay pigeon shooting, in 2019, West London Shooting School opened its doors to their state-of-the-art John Rigby & Co Rifle Range, the first of its kind in the London area and a truly unique facility. The state-of-the-art rifle range features a five-lane 100m range with running boar set up, together with an adjacent two-lane 200m range providing a realistic way to practice shooting driven game with a rifle.
WLSS are offering you the chance to win a two-hour clay shooting session with up to 4 guests, providing you the opportunity to try the sport for the first time or brush up on your technique if you’re an avid shooter. This will include gun rental, X50 cartridges and clays plus a two-course lunch at their Rigby Room restaurant.
