What to expect from Missing You
After Fool Me Once caught the attention of millions of Netflix viewers across the globe at the very start of 2024, the streamer was pleased as punch with the deal it had struck with American author Harlan Coben back in 2018. Coban adapted his novel of the same name into the series for the platform as part of his multimillion dollar, five-year-long deal with Netflix.
While it is certainly his most successful (it was the most-watched TV series on the platform for the first half of 2024), Fool Me Once is far from Coban’s first British TV series for Netflix, following the likes of Safe (2018), The Stranger (2020) and Stay Close (2021). So what’s next? Another novel adaptation: Missing You. Here’s everything we know so far – plus a first look at the action.
