Everything You Need To Know About John Lennon: Murder Without A Trial
What Is It About?
New documentary John Lennon Murder: Without A Trial takes us back in time to the night The Beatles frontman died, with first-person interviews with friends, doctors and investigators revealing what happened across three episodes. Lennon was murdered on 8 December 1980, having been fatally shot by Mark David Chapman in the archway of the Dakota, the musician’s residence in New York City.
The synopsis for each episode on Apple TV+ reveals what to expect: episode one brings together Lennon’s close friends, episode two follows the investigation carried out by detectives and doctors and the final episode shows how the legal team defending ‘the most hated man in America’ prepared a defence.
The documentary also promises to reveal John Lennon’s last words for the first time.
Who Will Be In The Documentary?
As mentioned, the documentary will feature people who were close to Lennon and who were involved in the murder investigation. Some key figures include David Halleran, ER doctor, Joe Many, a porter at The Dakota, and Charles Mcgowan, Chapman’s pastor.
