The TV chef is launching a new four-part series titled Next Level Baker
He’s just opened his biggest culinary venture to date atop one of London’s tallest buildings, but Gordon Ramsay isn’t stopping there. The celebrity chef has also announced plans to launch a new baking show, Next Level Baker – a spin-off of his ongoing series Next Level Chef.
Next Level Baker: What To Expect From New Gordon Ramsay Series
Set to launch on Fox in the US later in 2025, Next Level Baker will span four hour-long episodes, with a line-up of bakers tasked with creating holiday treats across three different levels.
‘I’m delighted that Next Level Baker is coming to Fox later this year,’ said Ramsay. ‘A holiday special, where passionate home cooks, more used to crafting treats for their family, will compete against social media creators; individuals who fill our feeds with photo ready creations, side by side with talented professional pastry chefs, impressing with Michelin starred perfection.’
Ramsay’s first job was baking in Paris, and he spent years perfecting his craft in France before eventually launching his flagship restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
‘To me there is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread,’ he said. ‘I’m hoping on these holiday specials we get to discover incredible family recipes handed down through generations of bakers, inventive bakers cleverly working with dietary sensitivities and those with a talent for stunning creativity and elevated design work. This holiday season I cannot wait to discover the baking heart of America.’
Alongside the new show launch, fans will be getting two more seasons of Ramsay’s popular cooking show Next Level Chef. The fourth season is currently airing on Fox in the US, and it has been renewed for seasons five and six. Ramsay stars as a judge alongside Nyesha Arrington, and Richard Blais, with a line-up of chefs battling it out in a tough cooking competition in an epic three-story kitchen. A British version of Next Level Chef also premiered in 2023, but it only ran for one season.

When Will Next Level Baker Launch?
We haven’t got a date yet, but the series will arrive at some point in 2025.
Will Next Level Baker Be Available In The UK?
The series will initially launch on US channel Fox. However, it may arrive on a UK streaming platform at a later date. Next Level Chef (USA) is available to watch on ITVX, so perhaps Next Level Baker will follow suit.
