GUT HEALTH
Wednesday, 21 March
This day is all about the gut – its importance and how to balance the system is explored in sessions like yoga classes and 1-on-1 consultations.
9.30am Check in to the Haybarn reception, where the day’s itinerary will be explained.
10.00am Talk from Daylesford’s resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan on nutrition and clean eating.
10.30am 1-on-1 consultations with Rhaya on your own nutritional needs and receive a personal programme to take away.
Mini group workout with an expert personal trainer.
Ayurveda cooking talk with resident yoga master and Ayurvedic expert, Vettri Selvan.
12.45pm Nutritous and organic lunch menu created by Rhaya.
2.30pm Market garden tour and talk on the importance of eating organic, whilst picking your own produce to take home.
4.00pm Relaxing and flowing abdominal massage, plus full body massage from expert therapists.
5.15pm Enjoy organic nettle tea in the relaxing Lavender Room, with the opportunity to ask Rhaya any further questions.
5.30pm Review of the day | 6.00pm Goodbyes.

An educational programme that will provide attendees with the support they need to get healthy sleep and wake up feeling rested for the day ahead.
9.30am Check in to the Haybarn reception, where the day’s itinerary will be explained and guests can enjoy nutritional drinks and organic snacks.
10.00am Talk by psychologist and psychotherapeutic counsellor Elaine Slater on sleep hygiene and how we can all get better at it.
10.30am 1-on-1 sessions with Elaine on your personal sleep challenges and what you would like to achieve.
1-on-1 Reiki sessions with expert reiki practitioners, to balance your energies.
Nutritious talk on what to eat to assist a great night’s sleep.
Relaxing foot scrubs & massages.
12.30pm Nutritious and organic lunch. Menu designed by Daylesford’s resident nutritionist.
2.00pm Sleep well yoga with resident expert yogis.
3.00pm Relaxing facials with deep Indian head massages, using the Bamford skin care range.
