Whisk your Valentine to Dubai for Ballet Under the Stars
Desert Pam Dubai, a surprisingly luscious Polo Estate set outside the city walls is hosting a two-night ballet performance in partnership with The Covent Garden Dance Company on 15th and 16th February 2018. Two of the world’s most celebrated ballerinas, Prima Ballerina Mara Galeazzi (Guest Principal at The Royal Ballet) and Gregory Dean, (Principal Dancer of The Royal Danish Ballet), are headlining the show.
While guests sample Desert Palm Dubai’s three-course gourmet dinner under the desert stars, Galeazzi and Dean will be performing four spectacular pas de deux from Manon in a classical style, alongside other world-class performers such as Stephen McRai, A Principal Royal Ballet dancer, Ksenia Ovsyanick, Principal Dancer at Berlin Staatsballett, and Zdenek Konvalina, International Guest Artist. The show blends classic and contemporary dances, with newly commissioned choreography to keep the ballet aficionados on their tippy toes.
