The 2nd February marks the 54th edition of the American Super Bowl, where the Kansas City Chiefs’ will take on the San Francisco 49ers in the most highly anticipated US football match of the year, world-renowned for its spectacular halftime show.
The 2019 Super Bowl attracted a whopping 98.2 million viewers, but with performances from music icons Shakira and Jennifer Lopez, this year’s championship game is sure to follow suit. Game day sees the return of Balthazar’s Annual Super Bowl Extravaganza; the New York-style brasserie will be screening the match with a stereophonic sound system, offering ‘Maker’s Mark’ Bourbon cocktails, and serving up snacks and sliders from mac’n’cheese to New York style cheesecake.
