Fever-Tree Seasonal Gin School at Merchant House
WHAT?
Following on from a sold-out summer run, the Fever-Tree Gin School is back for the festive season, running from 13 November for six weeks. With an hour-long immersive tasting, crafting and distilling experience, students will learn more about the spirit and produce their own hand-crafted bottle of gin to take home with them.
The class will also include an introduction to the brand’s latest tonic, Clementine & Cinnamon Tonic, a festive addition to the luxury tonic line. Don’t worry, it won’t be like going back to school; this class is more about tasting notes than taking notes.

The evening gets underway with a welcome Gin & Fever-Tree cocktail. Guests will then discover all there is to know about the world of gin and the different botanicals that give each one its own unique taste and character.
Tasting then turns to choosing, as guests are invited to blend a selection of gins suited to their palate, to create their own 500ml bottle of gin.
WHY?
As well as an ideal Christmas present for gin-loving friends, the Gin School will make an ideal Christmas party idea; why not gather a group of gin fiends and take over the event for a very merry evening?
DETAILS
The classes will run at 6.30pm and 8.30pm from the 13 November for six weeks and start at £45.
