Pasta, cocktails and more

On 27 April 2025, over 40,000 people will be attempting to complete the London Marathon. Conquering 26.2 miles is no mean feat, and finishers can claim bragging rights for months afterwards. But smugness isn’t the only reward: a London marathon medal will also get you a whole host of free stuff, from food to travel to ice baths. If you’re one of the brave souls trying your hand at the epic running challenge, here are all the marathon freebies to take advantage of on race day and beyond.
London Marathon 2025: All The Freebies For Runners
Burger At The Table
When the post-marathon hunger surge kicks in, head to The Table in Southwark to claim your free burger, located a short walk away from the River Thames. There are four burgers to choose from including The Table Chicken Burger, which features fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, smashed avocado and hot sauce, and the Table Brunch Burger, a breakfast-style burger made with fried egg and a Bloody Mary tomato compote.

Yoga At Triyoga
After crossing the finish line, yoga will likely be the last thing on your mind, but a couple of days after your aching muscles will be craving a stretch. And thankfully, Triyoga can help with that. The yoga studio, which has multiple branches across the city, is offering marathon finishers a free yoga class until the end of May – just use the code 2025Marathon at the checkout.
Margarita At FOWL
What better way to celebrate your efforts than with a chilled margarita? Beak-to-feet restaurant FOWL in Piccadilly – situated near the marathon finish line – is offering a complimentary marg to everyone with a medal. Enjoy alongside chicken wings, burgers, mac ‘n’ cheese and more.

Drink At Greene King Pubs
A post-race pint is a rite of passage for marathon runners, but it will taste all the better if you’ve got it for free. Greene King, which owns numerous historic pubs across London, is offering drinks on the house to anyone who has completed the marathon this year.Â
Pasta at Pastaio
Replenish depleted energy stores with a big bowl of pasta from Soho favourite Pastaio. London marathon finishers can claim a free bowl of their signature pasta, choosing from dishes like pappardelle with pork ragu, and spaghetti with Amalfi lemon.
