The TV presenter is the latest star in the Uber Eats Hosts series

You might know her from her TV and radio gigs, but for her latest venture Maya Jama is dipping her toe into the culinary world, launching a menu for food delivery platform Uber Eats.

Maya Jama Creates Takeaway Menu For Uber Eats

Available for two days only on 12 and 13 April 2025, the ‘Revive & Thrive’ menu offers the chance to try some of Jama’s favourite dishes from home. The focus is on comfort food classics and morning after cravings with a glam spin: dishes on offer include mac ‘n’ cheese with gochujang and Asian slaw, a smash burger with watermelon jam and curly fries, saltfish with a fried dumpling, and a coffee-infused sticky toffee pudding. For something a bit lighter, there’s also Caesar salad with griddled chicken breast.

‘I rarely get time off, but when I do, I love to simply sit back on the sofa, indulging in a little self-care and devouring a takeaway – and nothing helps me bounce back from a late one like it,’ said Jama. ‘Featuring classics that I always crave, like mac n cheese and sticky toffee pudding to ackee and saltfish, these dishes are packed with flavour… and a few secret ingredients that I swear by to help get me back on form.’

Matthew Price, General Manager UK, Ireland and Northern Europe at Uber Eats said: ‘We’re thrilled to welcome Maya to Uber Eats as part of our Hosts series. Her infectious energy and unique culinary vision are exactly what Uber Eats Hosts is all about; bringing something unforgettable to the everyday.’

Jama is the latest star to join Uber Eats Hosts, a series which sees the platform joining up with chefs, restaurants and celebrities. Past collaborations include a ten-course tasting menu from famed Welsh eatery Ynyshir, as well as a seasonal array of dishes from chef Simon Rogan. And last year, David Beckham’s son Brooklyn created a selection of dishes for the platform including wagyu bolognese and chicken tikka masala.

Growing up in Bristol, Jama rose to fame after a series of presenting roles with MTV. She went on to land slots on BBC Radio 1, as well as front the first series of Channel 4’s The Circle alongside Alice Levine, going on to present ITV’s Love Island
