Give this fruity art-inspired cocktail a go
October is a big month for the art world, with many shows and fairs taking place across the UK. One of these is the Affordable Art Fair, running from 21 – 24 October in London’s Battersea. To celebrate the occasion, Martin Miller’s Gin – the official drinks sponsor for the event – has created a brand-new cocktail, inspired by artist Katharina Jung’s surreal artwork, I’ll only fly away.
The Martin Miller’s Gin Bubble Bramble features Martin Miller’s Original Gin blended with lemon, crème de mûre and sugar for a delicious fruity serve and a blush pink colour that references the picture. The brave can then recreate the bubble using a flavour blaster. The Bubble Bramble will be served at the Martin Miller’s Gin pop-up bars at the Affordable Art Fair, where visitors can also take part in interactive masterclasses, which will introduce the Martin Miller’s Gin range with an interactive, fun tasting assisted by magician Jake Banfield.
