A new cocktail fit for a Queen
There are set to be Jubilee celebrations aplenty at Claridge’s and to commemorate this beloved London landmark will be serving up five new coronation-inspired cocktails in both The Fumoir and Claridge’s Bar. And so, cue a throwback Jubilee cocktail in the form of the Windsor Rose, which was originally served at Claridge’s on the Queen’s Coronation Day in 1953.
Jubilee Cocktail Recipe: Windsor Rose
Ingredients
- 45ml Belvedere Heritage
- 10ml Cointreau
- 10ml Crème de Cassis
- 15ml Antica Formula
- 15ml Cranberry Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
Method
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
- Add ice and shake again, then pour into a coupe.
- Garnish with a rose petal and add a couple of drops of rose essential oils.
