The Bubbly Show is a dream for fizz fans
Partial to a glass (or three) of champagne? Or perhaps you’re an English sparkling wine convert? Whatever your fizz of choice, we’ve got some exciting news: Searcys’ The Bubbly Show is returning this March for its third edition – and the 2025 line-up is looking better than ever.
Searcys’ The Bubbly Show 2025: What To Expect
The Bubbly Show is the ultimate weekend event for lovers of all things fizzy. Set within a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse just off Pall Mall, the festival brings together an array of champagne houses and English sparkling wine producers – both big and lesser-known names. The line-up this year includes Laurent-Perrier, Perrier-Jouët, Chapel Down, and Gusbourne.
Guests are invited to enjoy generous tastings throughout the event, paired with a selection of antipasti, as well as listen to talks and watch demonstrations. You can learn the art of champagne sabrage (opening a bottle with a sword), join a blind tasting, and get clued up on all the different styles of sparkling wine in an expert-led talk.
For those who want to level up the experience, premium tickets are available. On the Friday, visitors can opt for a three-course English sparkling lunch complete with dishes like lemon sole with lobster mousseline, and blackened duck breast, alongside Bolney Cuvées presented by wine maker Cara Dely. Alternatively, stay for a lavish champagne dinner, paired with wine from Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and La Grande Dame Rosé. An afternoon tea offering is also available to book on the Saturday.
Searcys’ Head of Champagne and Drinks Martin Dibben says: ‘It has been a privilege to bring together some of the world’s finest champagne houses and English sparkling wine producers, it really highlights both tradition and innovation in the industry currently and we know how insightful it is for our audience.
‘We have such a wide choice of houses attending from Ruinart, the oldest champagne house to Leonardslee Family Vineyards and Weyborne English Sparkling who present their first ever cuvée. We are delighted to be welcoming them back this March’.
Searcys is a British catering company which runs champagne bars (including the famous spot at St Pancras station in London), as well as restaurants in historic venues including The Gherkin and The Pump Room at the Roman Baths.
