  • Raspberry Punch – Wedgwood

    Raspberry Punch

    Ingredients
    Raspberry tea, cream gin, lemon, rhubarb and sparkling white wine.

    Method:
    Brew 4g of tea in 150ml boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool. Add 40ml cream gin, 40ml tea, 15ml lemon, 15ml sugar syrup, 3 dashes of rhubarb bitters to a cup over ice. Stir, top with sparkling white wine and garnish with a strip of rhubarb and a sprig of mint.

  • Garden M – Wedgewood

    Garden M

    Ingredients
    Moroccan mint tea, Seedlip Garden 108, agave, lemon tonic.

    Method:
    Brew 4g of tea in 150ml boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool. Build 30ml Seedlip Garden, 30ml tea, 10ml agave over ice, stir, then top with Fever Tree Lemon Tonic. Garnish with sugar snap peas.

  • Lemongrass Sling – Wedgewood

    Lemongrass Sling

    Ingredients
    Lemongrass and ginger tea, apple juice, bianco vermouth, orange bitters, soda.

    Method:
    Brew 4g of tea in 150ml boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool.
    Build 30ml tea, 30ml Martini Bianco, 30ml apple juice and 3 dashes orange bitters over ice, and crown with soda. Garnish with a strip of grapefruit zest.

  • Bramble Broth – Wedgewood

    Bramble Broth

    Ingredients
    Blackberry and apple tea, blackberries, mint, apple juice, elderflower.

    Method:
    Brew 4g of tea in 150ml boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool.
    Crush 2 blackberries in the base of a shaker and add 50ml tea, 50ml pressed apple, 4 mint leaves and 15ml elderflower cordial. Shake and strain into a cup and ad d crushed ice. Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of thyme.
