Situated within the ultra-exclusive Sugar Hills Tennis Resort is Coral Sundown, a palatial villa which has belonged to Sir Cliff Richard for the past 23 years. Encompassing three acres of immaculate gardens and grounds – not to mention a swimming pool, sun deck and tennis court – the property is nothing short of magnificent.

Inside, you’ll find six bedroom suites, each boasting a private balcony. As well as a large kitchen and open dining area, there are numerous reception spaces including a media room and a fully equipped bar. This really is a spectacular holiday retreat (and the perfect place to throw a a particularly glamorous pool party).

Unsurprisingly, it’s a property of palatial proportions: expect towering ceilings, huge, arched windows and countless terraces commanding glorious views of the Caribbean Sea. As if this wasn’t impressive enough, Coral Sundown also contains a whole host of spectacular art and furniture pieces collected by Sir Cliff over the years – which are all being sold along with the house itself.

If you fancy taking a stroll through the resort, there’s plenty more to explore: residents also enjoy access to communal facilities including a fitness centre and a rather luxurious clubhouse, which is complete with a restaurant and members’ lounge.
