Already whizzed through all of the third season of Clarkson’s Farm? Fear not, there’s more to come: season four of the hit Prime Video show has been confirmed – and filming is already underway. So what can we expect from Clarkson’s Farm season 4?
A Fourth Season Of Clarkson’s Farm Is Coming
What Will Happen In Clarkson’s Farm Season 4?
Since you’re here, no doubt you’re already familiar with the concept of Clarkson’s Farm, but here’s a recap just in case. The reality TV series follows former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson as he navigates life on his farm, Diddly Squat in the Cotswolds, alongside his girlfriend Lisa Hogan and young farmer Kaleb Cooper (the show’s breakout star).
Season 3 saw the team facing a whole set of new challenges, from rising prices in farm supplies to failing crops and dreams of the restaurant being dashed. Another big storyline was the introduction of pigs to the farm, which proved trickier than Clarkson and Hogan had anticipated. So what will the new season bring?
Although the third season shows continued battles with the council – and the ultimate ruling that the restaurant must close – the series ends with the team celebrating being given the green light for other farm extras, such as a cafe, shop and car park. It’s likely we’ll see how all this pans out in season 4.
There have also been rumours that Clarkson is looking to take on a local pub. It’s thought he has his eyes on The Coach and Horses, located opposite Clarkson’s Hawkstone Brewery, which is looking for a new owner. It will need a big revamp though – could this be the perfect plotline for season 4?
Ultimately, we’ll have to wait and see, as Clarkson hasn’t given much away about season four. In an interview with the Daily Mail he said: ‘We’re doing season 4 now. And every single day when we meet for filming, we have a vague idea about what I need to do, but I can guarantee it will change because the weather has changed, or some fence will have fallen down. And you never know what you’re going to end up doing. As long as you get content, it doesn’t matter what it is.’
Is There A Trailer?
No, there’s no trailer yet, but Prime Video did share an announcement video, which you can watch below.

Will Season 4 Be The Last?
There hasn’t yet been confirmation on whether Clarkson’s Farm will be renewed for a fifth season. When asked by Deadline, the show’s executive producer Andy Wilman said: ‘I’ve got no feelings on whether there’s a [season] five or not. Jeremy’s the same. He’s like, “When we’ve got nothing left to say, let’s walk away.”’
However, Hogan suggested they’re keen to keep going. ‘As long as it’s educating people, and showing people how difficult farming is, and it’s helping people appreciate food in a way that they may not have before,’ she said. ‘Maybe people will pop their bread in the freezer instead of throwing it out when they see how much work goes into making a loaf of bread.’ There’s certainly an appetite for it: season three broke Prime Video’s rating records, with the premiere being streamed by over five million people in the first week.
When Will Clarkson’s Farm Season 4 Come Out?
We haven’t had any word on a release date yet. Filming is currently in production, which means it will still be a while before it arrives on our screens.
