Inspired by a recent trip to The Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland, Mrs Benners G&T has been mixed by The Bloomsbury Club Bar to pay homage to a classic cocktail whilst incorporating Dingle’s artisan gin. It may not be your typical whiskey-infused tipple or pint of Guinness, but it will sure help you celebrate St.Patrick’s Day with a punch – it’s even the same colours as the Irish flag…
Ingredients
40ml Dingle Original Gin
40ml orange & peppered tonic syrup
15ml fresh lime
10ml Angostura Amaro
2 drops orange bitters
1 egg white
To garnish:
Baby basil leaves
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shake and double strain.
- Serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with the baby basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
