The perfect place to bag your holiday wardrobe

It’s that time of year again. If you have yet to find the perfect jumper to see you through the season, don’t panic – we’ve got just the thing. Rather than peruse the high street for your festive fashion fix, head down to Spitalfields Market this winter and make a beeline for Beyond Retro’s winter pop-up.

The Beyond Retro Christmas Jumper Pop-Up Is Back

What’s better than vintage fashion? Festive vintage fashion. And as the UK’s leading vintage retailer, Beyond Retro knows a thing or two about finding stylish seasonal garms. And to celebrate the arrival of Christmas, Beyond Retro is teaming up with Save The Children on a brand new pop-up.

Arriving just in time for Christmas Jumper Day, the pop-up will open its doors to a bustling Spitalfields Market – and showcase a massive collection of one-of-a-kind vintage Christmas jumpers and holiday wear. Ideal for gifting (or bulking out your winter wardrobe), you’ll find something for every festive occasion this season. Think partywear, coats, winter accessories and, of course, Christmas jumpers. The retailer will also be selling a selection of upcycled festive products, including Christmas jumpers for dogs.

Keep an eye on the calendar too, as Beyond Retro will also host a number of activities and workshops at its pop-up; there’ll be workshops for Japanese scarf making, jazz evenings for post-work revelry and more.

As its charity partner for the holiday season, Beyond Retro will also donate 10 percent of all Christmas jumper proceeds from the pop-up to Save the Children, helping to create lasting positive change for and with children across the UK and the world. Speaking on the partnership, Beyond Retro Retail Director Kate Peters said: ‘We’re extremely proud of our ongoing collaboration with Save The Children and their Christmas Jumper Day campaign. People can drop by, find a fantastic jumper or party wear, have some festive fun and support a brilliant cause.’

‘Since launching in 2012, Christmas Jumper Day has raised more than £37 million to transform children’s lives for good both in the UK and around the globe,’ added Gemma Sherrington, Interim CEO at Save the Children UK. ‘Every year we want Christmas Jumper Day to be as sustainable as possible, and we’re delighted to be partnering with Beyond Retro to help encourage everyone who takes part to opt for a pre-loved jumper over buying something completely new. We cannot wait to see people across the UK donning their silliest second-hand sweaters on 12 December – together we’re making lasting change with and for some of the most disadvantaged children across the world.’
