We can finally get a glimpse of what she wore on the big day

She might have tied the knot back in May, but Millie Bobby Brown has kept her cards (or should we say wedding photos) close to her chest. The actor, who recited vows to now-husband Jake Bongiovi at a spring ceremony, has only just shared a selection of shots from the big day. And with it, a glimpse at her stunning gown. But Millie Bobby Brown had more than one surprise up her sleeve: she had not one, not two, not three, but four wedding dresses. Scroll on for a sneak peek.

Everything We Know About Millie Bobby Brown’s Wedding Dresses

She Wore Multiple Dresses

Rather than stick to one gown (or two; one for the ceremony and another for the reception), it appears Millie wore four dresses throughout her wedding celebrations. These were:

  • A bespoke Galia Lahav lace gown for the ceremony
  • A vintage Valentino gown from the House’s Fall 1993 collection
  • An Oscar de la Renta column dress to cut the cake
  • A Vivienne Westwood minidress for dancing

The Main Dress Was A Bespoke Design By Galia Lahav

Millie’s main wedding gown was a custom design by Galia Lahav. A unique version of the designer’s ‘Anais’ gown, it featured a figure-hugging corset and a bias-cut skirt adorned with French lace. The actress also choose to wear Lahav’s Baroque-style overskirt with a French pannier fastened around the waist, paired with a long train and a veil from Monvieve.

‘We’re so honoured to have dressed the one & only @milliebobbybrown for her fairytale wedding to @jakebongiovi!’ Galia Lahav wrote on Instagram. ‘Designing her custom gown was such an exciting, fun & creative journey and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible @cryoungin. Every detail came together perfectly & we can’t stop swooning over how stunning she looked! Congrats Millie & Jake – here’s to forever!’

There Was A Vintage Number

While most of her wedding dresses were new pieces, Millie also went down the secondhand route for one of her daytime looks. The actor wore a lace Valentino gown from the House’s Fall 1993 collection, which she sourced from vintage bridal salon Happy Isles.

Consisting of a turtleneck lace layer, tiered skirt and a silky corset (topped off with a bow), it was a departure from the traditional look of her ceremony dress – and showcased her eclectic personal style.

She Cut The Cake In Oscar De La Renta

Millie’s next dress was a lace column dress by Oscar de la Renta, which she wore to cut an impressive fruit-topped cake at her wedding reception. Sticking to bridal tradition, the actor stuck with an all-over lace finish and long skirt – but brought a little modern flair with a low back, over which she wore her hair loose.

…And Partied In A Bow Tie

The final look of the night was a satin off-the-shoulder minidress from Vivienne Westwood – perfect for partying the night away with her new husband alongside friends and family. In her wedding pictures, we can see that Millie pulled her hair back once more, revealing a black bow tie which the actress wore as a choker. This playful twist was likely pinched from the groom’s wardrobe. (Scroll to the end of the below post for a look.)
