In celebration of the much-anticipated Paddington in Peru movie, Paddington™ and Airbnb have teamed up to offer an overnight stay at the little bear’s London abode in Windsor Gardens. Here’s a look inside…

Inside Paddington Bear’s London Home

Paddington and the Brown family are off to Peru in search of his Aunt Lucy at the Home of Retired Bears, so what’s a bear to do when his prime London home is empty for a while? List it on Airbnb, of course. But, so generous Paddington and the Brown family are, they are listing their home free of charge and are on the hunt for three families to house sit for him. Located in leafy Windsor Gardens, these three families will be able to live like Paddington for the day, complete with afternoon tea and marmalade sandwiches galore.

The vibrant and cosy townhouse features furniture featured in Paddington’s films, including a winding staircase set against the iconic two-story blossom tree mural, as well as the Browns’ eccentric, bookshelf wealth style living room with overflowing bookshelves, board games by the fireplace, and a retro carousel horse by the window. After exploring every nook and cranny, guests will relax in the colourful, open-plan kitchen and be served a delicious afternoon tea complete with Paddington’s favourite marmalade sandwiches. Come evening, it’s off to the local cinema to be one of the first to watch Paddington in Peru.

As this lovely day draws to a close, guests can get all tucked up in their cosy beds – two adults in Mr and Mrs Brown’s bedroom, and two children in Paddington’s attic bedroom – before being awoken with a bear-inspired breakfast basket and bidding farewell to Paddington’s home.

How To Stay

Three families will be invited for a separate one-night stay in Paddington’s home on either 8, 9 or 10 November 2024. The stay is suitable for two adults and two children and will cost £0 for the night, with dinner, breakfast and cinema tickets included. Travel costs are not included and the stays are selected on a first come, first served basis. Bookings will open on 3 November 2024 at 9am GMT at airbnb.com/paddington
