New for 2017: Harrods Launches Furniture Collection
And it's as luxurious as you'd expect...
Interiors fans listen up – you can now kit out your house in the very best of Harrods with their brand new furniture collection, Harrods of London.
Harrods of London is the first furniture collection from the world-famous department store in London’s Knightsbridge. The collection of upholstery, furniture and occasional pieces has been designed in-house by Harrods Interiors. This is the first time that Harrods – which has been selling furniture since the early 1880s – has released its own designs, so now you can bring a little bit of this Great British Brand into your home.
Only the best of the best have been selected to collaborate on the collection. Twills and velvets have been sourced from Saville Row’s finest suppliers, upholstery services are by heritage British furniture manufacturer Artistic Upholstery and casegoods have been created by world-renowned Italian furniture brand, Porada.
The Harrods of London collection draws inspiration from Art-Deco jewellery and tailoring giving it an elegant and sophisticated aesthetic.

‘We are thrilled to be launching Harrods of London’s first furniture collection this spring. Designing a furniture collection in-house was the next step after the relaunch of Harrods Home four years ago. Since then, we have introduced new brands in a range of styles across the furniture department, curated collections of lighting and accessories, and moulded Harrods into a design destination like no other. The elegant designs created by the Harrods Interiors team bring together contemporary understated finishes and the finest materials. A nod to Harrods heritage and the 1930s, brings an air of sophistication to the collection; I love how the clasps of each of the occasional pieces encase the marble table-tops, so evocative of the solitaire setting of a ring.’
The collection will be the latest addition to Harrods of London, the store’s own label, which includes womenswear, menswear, layette and luxury linens.
The Harrods of London furniture collection will available to buy in-store at Harrods this week.
