New Principal at Cranleigh Abu Dhabi

The Cranleigh International board and Aldar Education executive, are delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs Tracy Crowder-Cloe as Principal of Cranleigh Abu Dhabi commencing in September 2023.

Tracy is currently Head of Senior and whole school Vice Principal at Repton, Dubai. Previously in the UK, Tracy spent five years as Executive Head at a school in the North East of England where she was responsible for leading rapid and impactful change.

As well as a degree and PGCE, Tracy holds an MEd in educational leadership and the NPQH Headteacher qualification. Tracy’s other previous roles include working for the UK government Department for Education as a National Leader and the North Tyneside Secondary Trust as Director of Education.

Tracy currently lives in Dubai with her husband, Ben, who also works in education and her son, Finn, who is in his last year at Repton, Dubai. Tracy will spend a significant amount of time at Cranleigh UK receiving induction, as well as in Abu Dhabi, before she takes up post for the next academic year.

This appointment marks the next stage in yet more exciting times ahead for Cranleigh Abu Dhabi staff and students.
