The Curriculum
Our curriculum is built around the idea that ability and intelligence can be developed and increased by teaching a positive ‘can do’ attitude. We celebrate individuality and give children a chance to try a huge range of activities, subjects and experiences.
Games and the Arts
Both are a crucial part of life at Beachborough and our curriculum is designed to maximise participation and inclusivity so that all pupils benefit, regardless of ability and give them the chance to show off their creative talents.
Pastoral Care
Pastoral care at Beachborough is focused on one goal; children who are happy, confident and resilient and, caring for each individual child is central to every aspect of school life. Our holistic approach means that we see the whole person, working as a happy, caring community. We aim to equip our pupils with the ability to manage their emotions, be empathetic towards others and build lasting relationships and confidence in themselves.
Recent Scholarships
25 children were offered scholarships to their Senior School of choice in 2022, with some children being offered more than one. We have a proven track record of a 100% pass rate at Common Entrance.
Head Teacher’s Philosophy
At Beachborough we enable children to embrace skills which will prepare them for lifelong learning, giving them the confidence and ability to think for themselves and approach problems with imagination, determination, resilience and the self-discipline to keep trying.
