It’s the most wonderful – and hectic – time of the year. With all the buzz of Christmas to think about, you can be forgiven for leaving the party dress hunting a little last minute this year. Especially since you can now get your outfit sent straight to your door, alongside a helping of chicken katsu curry. Here’s everything you need to know about HURR’s new partnership with Deliveroo.

You Can Now Rent A HURR Party Dress On Deliveroo

Facing the ‘I don’t know what to wear’ dilemma? Not for long. Circular fashion platform HURR has teamed up with Deliveroo on a first-of-its-kind partnership to bring 26 luxury dresses straight to your door, in as little as 20 minutes. (Night officially saved.)

Available to Deliveroo app users within Central London, the service offers a curated selection of rental dresses from brands like 16 Arlington, Santa Brands, Self-Portrait, Nadine Merabi and RIXO. It also comes just in time for party season, making it easier for Londoners to access and rent pre-loved designer items.

The service also cuts down HURR’s current 24-hour overnight delivery service to just 20 minutes, meaning you can get your outfit on the day of an event – without stepping foot outside your front door.

How Does It Work?

It’s a fairly simple service, combining the in-app ordering set-up of Deliveroo with the post-back system of HURR. Here’s how it works:

Order: Pick an item from HURR’s page on the Deliveroo app. All items are available to rent for four days, and sizes range from UK 4 to UK 18.
Collect Straight From Your Door: Your rental order will be delivered to an address of your choice. Make sure to have your ID ready, as this will be checked upon delivery.
Wear It: Take your rental fit out on the town, and enjoy all the compliments thrown your way.
Return It: Orders must be posted back within four days of delivery using the pre-paid returns label and bag provided. No need to wash the item, all rentals are dry-cleaned on return by HURR.

And there’s no need to worry about items that aren’t quite right or don’t fit. Unworn items with the security tag intact can be returned within 24 hours for a full refund. Simply select the ‘Raise a Return’ request under the Order Help tab in the Deliveroo app, then post the item back as usual using the pre-paid label. HURR will then issue a refund once the order is received and processed.
