It’s not just the British royal family who show a flair for fashion. French accessories brand Olympia le-Tan® has just announced a new collaboration with Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece – otherwise known as Princess Olympia – the royal trendsetter of Europe.
Princess Olympia of Greece Debuts A Line Of Clutches
Princess, model and girl-about-town, Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark has collaborated with Paris-based luxury accessories brand, Olympia le-Tan® on a line of cocktail-inspired, fun-loving clutches.
Her debut bag curation with the label, the collection pays homage to Olympia’s love for all things clutch bags and cocktails with each limited-edition bag featuring one of four selected drinks. Cue the Bloody Mary, Dirty Martini, Spicy Margarita and Old Fashioned, all donning the classic Olympia le-Tan® book shape for which it is known.
Olympia, the eldest daughter of Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece and Marie-Chantal Miller, has always been a fan of the brand and its playful accessories. ‘I’ve always had such admiration for Olympia Le-Tan® as a brand and absolutely love how much time and detail goes into each and every OLT SAS – they are a work of art. I leave mine out for display,’ said the princess. ‘I knew they would allow me to make my bags super personal and fun and I wanted to create a collection that would appeal to everyone while still containing a piece of me. I believe this collection and the next do just that.’
Taking the partnership one step further, owners of these new clutches also have the chance to ‘taste’ their piece, thanks to a cocktail recipe on each bag, and – for the first time via a QR code, they’re able to own a digital version of their purchase in the form of an NFT, created by the company EY Fabernovel.
When & Where Will The Collection Be Available?
The OLT X OLYMPIA OF GREECE cocktail collection is now available on the Olympia Le-Tan® brand website and via selected international retailers, including Moda Operandi, Capitol, Selfridges, Bergdorf Goodman, MATCHESFASHION, Cabana Canary and NET-A- PORTER.
