It was a record year for the London Marathon 2025, with 56,000 runners taking to the capital’s streets in 22-degree heat to take on the epic 26.2 mile challenge. Among them were many famous faces, from comedians to singers to DJS. Wondering how the stars fared? These are all the celebrities who did the London Marathon 2025.

If you were watching the London Marathon yesterday (27 April 2025), you may have spotted a celebrity or two among the crowds of runners. Every year the world-famous race attracts a string of famous names, but this year’s event was particularly star-studded.

Adele Roberts
Since being given the all-clear from bowel cancer in June 2022, radio 1 DJ Adele Roberts has used her platform to raise awareness about the illness. Yesterday, she ran the London Marathon in aid of Cancer Research, crossing the finish line after three hours and 36 minutes – part of a wider challenge to complete all major seven marathons in less than six months.
Spencer Matthews
Podcaster and former Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews has undertaken a number of gruelling fitness challenges in recent years, including running 30 marathons in 30 days across the Jordanian desert. So it’s no surprise he sped through the London Marathon, finishing in an impressive three hours and six minutes.
Harry Judd
The McFly drummer ran the marathon to raise money for The Children’s Trust charity. This was his sixth marathon, and he completed it in three hours and 15 minutes, describing it as ‘the hardest’ one he’s done on Instagram.

Joel Dommett
Comedian and TV presenter Joel Dommett was running to raise money for Brain Tumour Support. However, his race didn’t turn out as planned. Dommett ended up fainting at mile 17 – but after a few hours of recovery, he pressed on and managed to finish. He wrote on Instagram: ‘Not the race I expected! I fainted at mile 17 – don’t really remember much but I woke up in an ambulance! After a few hours my pulse was back and I got going again at a very different pace but really got to soak it all in. Proud of myself for finishing.’
Kelly Brook
Model and actress Kelly Brook also completed this year’s London Marathon, running with her husband Jeremy Parisi. The pair completed the marathon in six hours and 42 minutes.
John Terry
Football legend John Terry, 44, was one of a handful of Premier League stars to complete the marathon, finishing in five hours and 43 seconds. Afterwards, he described it as ‘the toughest thing I’ve done’, telling SunSport: ‘At 13k, I felt it. Listen, it was hot today. We went off and we were doing well for the first 10-15k. Then the weather played a part. That was tough.’
Joe Wicks
Fitness guru and social media star Joe Wicks decided to run the marathon with ‘no time pressure’, posting on Instagram: ‘ I want to enjoy the atmosphere and cheer others on so if you see me and want a high 5 just call me over.’ He was raising money for the Body Coach Foundation, and crossed the finish line in five hours 59 minutes.
