If you fancy exerting some festive flair on your own, however, read on. Here’s how to create a simple set of Christmas tree nails at home:
- Prep The Nails:
- Apply A Base Colour: Cover the entire nail with a base colour of your choice, ensuring you apply two to three thin coats (with drying time between coats).
- Guide Dots: Lay out the shape of your tree with guide dots. Use a dotting tool and green polish to create three dots on the nail, in the shape of a triangle. This will serve as the base of the tree.
- Paint The Tree: Use the dotting tool again to connect the dots and build the tree shape, adding more dots and lines as needed.
