As with most global cities, the corporate life is increasingly counterbalanced by wellness, from swanky gyms with a high price tag to luxurious spaces dedicated to the latest wellbeing trends to running clubs carving through the city vista. Over in Chelsea, this burgeoning scene is set to be bundled up in the inaugural King’s Road Wellbeing Weekend later this month, featuring experiences, talks, promotions and more. Here’s what you need to know.
What’s On At The King’s Road Wellbeing Weekend?
Running from Friday 21 March to Sunday 23 March 2025, the King’s Road Wellbeing Weekend will transform the iconic Chelsea street into a hub of health, fitness and wellbeing. Think run clubs, expert panels, yoga sessions, matcha discounts and more, all drawing on the area’s renowned brands.
The focus is on living healthier and happier for longer, with the following mood-boosting events on the schedule:
- 5km run with Alo Runners Club on Saturday 22 March (RSVP here)
- Special £10 Wellbeing Weekend classes at Barrecore (book here)
- Panel conversations at ANKHA on Friday 21 March exploring ‘Longevity and Being Well’ (book here)
- A yoga class on the Duke of York Square with KXU x Vuori on Sunday 23 March
- Alo’s Spring Renewal Walk with Shivani Pau on Sunday 23 March (RSVP here)
- An all-levels community run with Lululemon and brand ambassador Heidi Quine on Saturday 22 March (RSVP here)
Meanwhile, Duke of York Square’s weekly Fine Food Market will return on Saturday 22 March, inviting visitors to browse fresh, seasonal delicacies in the spring air.
