Singer, actress and broadway star Moya Angela, currently starring in Dreamgirls shares her beauty loves and secrets with Nathalie Eleni. 

After reaching the semi-finals of America’s Got Talent in 2016 and quickly becoming an online sensation, Moya Angela catapulted to stardom and was the 2016 LA Ovation Award Winner for Lead Actress in a Musical as Effie White. As well as starring in Broadway classics such as The Lion King and Ghost the Musical, Moya’s television career includes Tina Fey’s 30 Rock and is the star of her own one-woman show ‘Giving Life’ on cruise-liners worldwide. I relax best at home, on the couch snuggled up with my dog.

My guilty grooming pleasure is being obsessed with all things Spa. I have a list of spas all over the world and I intend on going to all of them.

My Morning Beauty Routine is to wash my face with Kiehl’s midnight recovery. Then moisturise with Shiseido waso hydrating cream then a little eyebrow and lipstick.

My hero beauty product is MAC Heroine lipstick

My best beauty advice is to switch it up. Your face gets bored and moisture is your best friend.

My secret beauty tip is that I clean my face after a show with Canola oil.

To keep fit I swim, it’s my favourite. I also do yoga regularly

You get off stage and you can’t exfoliate too often when you wear makeup every day, but I like to use a deep cleaning salt scrub from Sakare.
