The MySephora Loyalty Programme Has Arrived – Here’s How To Make The Most Of It

Sephora’s UK takeover continues. Following the news that it plans to expand its empire with two new stores in Newcastle – bringing the total number of Sephora stores in the UK up to five – the beauty giant has announced the launch of a brand new loyalty programme, called MySephora.
MySephora: What You Need To Know
Sephora fans, your time has come. The beauty retailer has just started a new chapter in the UK, with the launch of MySephora. The new loyalty programme promises to give a ‘sense of exclusivity’ to its members, with extensive rewards and benefits.

This milestone underscores our commitment to providing unparalleled rewards and experiences to our valued customers.’

How Does It Work?
Accessible via desktop, mobile and the Sephora UK app, the rewards system will consist of three tiers – bronze, silver and gold – which will be determined by the number of points a member has accumulated over the last 12 months. You’ll be able to collect points through purchases and events, and once you hit 100 points you’ll be able to choose a reward; this will be either a beauty gift, a £5 gift voucher or a £5 charity donation.
My Sephora members will also receive something special on their birthday – depending on your tier, you’ll receive bonus points or a beauty gift – as well as an upgraded delivery proposition and early access to brand events and sales. Gold members will have access to even more benefits, including deluxe rewards, free next day delivery and exclusive early access to MySephora Sales.
All existing loyal customers will be migrated into the new MySephora programme when it rolls out, honouring their existing unused rewards (for example, if customer already has a £5 voucher in their account they can still redeem it) and giving them a bonus 25 points on the launch day.
The Tiers
There are three tiers in the MySephora programme. These are:
- Bronze: Members with a point count between zero and 199
- Silver: Members with a point count between 200 and 799
- Gold: Members with a point count over 800
Each tier is based on a member’s spending over the last 12 months.
How To Earn Points
There are multiple ways that users can earn points through MySephora:
- Spend in store: For every £1 spent, you can earn one point
- Leave a review: This will earn two points
- In-store service: Attending an in-store service will earn five points
- Points multiplier events: As the name suggests, some events will let you multiply the points earned on that occasion
