Last night marked the return of awards season, kicking off with excellence in film at the 82nd Golden Globe Awards. And while there was plenty of excitement to be found on the awards stage itself – we hear the Brits did pretty well this year – it was the red carpet that ultimately stole the show. The top news story? Zendaya’s rumoured engagement ring.

Stepping out onto the red carpet in a copper, sweetheart neckline gown by Louis Vuitton and a sleek bob, Zendaya looked every bit the Hollywood actress at the 2025 Golden Globes. So much so, that many of us were distracted by her star power visual and missed the rather ginormous rock on her finger. But not all.

Glinting in the light of camera flashes, we quickly honed in on what appeared to be an engagement ring on the fourth finger of her left hand. And what a ring it was.
Where Is Zendaya’s Engagement Ring From?
Blowing kisses to the camera, Zendaya gave us a good look of her (suspiciously placed) ring. It appears to be an oval or cushion-cut diamond that has been set east to west on a gold band.
The ring is said to be from London-based jeweller Jessica McCormack. McCormack, who creates diamond jewellery using traditional Georgian goldsmithing techniques, is known for blending heirloom appeal with contemporary design – descriptors that all fit Zendaya’s supposed engagement ring.

So, Are Tom Holland And Zendaya Getting Married?
It’s worth noting that neither Zendaya nor Tom Holland have officially confirmed an engagement, so we can’t get our hopes up just yet. The actress has also been known to wear rings on this finger before, having shut down rumours of an engagement shortly after wearing them. (Although this time round we’re still waiting on confirmation.)
But the couple seem very solid; the pair first announced they were dating in 2017, before taking a break in 2019 and then reuniting in 2021. They now share a home (and a few dogs) in Richmond, Surrey.
Speaking on the future, Holland recently told Men’s Health that he would retreat from the spotlight to focus on family – as and when that happens. ‘When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore… Golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.’
So all we can do right now is wait and see what happens. Stay tuned.
