Country & Town House will request permission from other social media users and content creators to grant permission to feature content across the Country & Town House website, social channels, and other platforms.
If a user has been asked by Country & Town House to have their content featured by the company, a reply with the hashtag #CTHshare means that he/she consents and agrees to the Country & Town House UGC terms of use.
By responding with the hashtag #CTHshare, or via means of response to Country & Town House (via email, direct message or otherwise), the user hereby grants to Country & Town House a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, right to use their User Content, as well as to reproduce, modify, and distribute in any manner across Country & Town House webpages, social media pages and any other editorial or promotional content produced by the publisher.
Once a user has responded to a message with #CTHshare, or given clear and direct consent to Country & Town House, the publisher is free to use the user’s content on all digital and social channels, and make any necessary adjustments to it, at the publisher’s discretion. Country & Town House is also granted use of the user’s username and any other information included within the content.
Country & Town House reserves the right to modify, alter or terminate any of the below terms without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms of use and to be aware of any changes made.
